SIMplicity System Maintenance

This program allows clients the benefits of a well maintained Decision Support system without having to do the work themselves. IDEA Consulting offers a three-tiered maintenance plan for each of the TRENDSTAR modules. The plan can be summarized as follows:

 Synchronicity

  • we perform monthly updates of the data in the TRENDSTAR system
  • audit and maintain all system tables
  • maintain and run all applications such as monthly reporting packages, flexible budgets, productivity, service line analysis, etc.
  • include the annual application maintenance
Integrity
  • provide for the monthly updates and maintenance of the TRENDSTAR data and control tables
  • provide audit reports and data integity audits
  • users are then able to run the applications and reports
Maintenance
  • perform the monthly updates and basic data integrity audits
  • provide feedback as to which tables need to be updated and other data integrity issues
  • clients can then update the tables themselves and use the data as they wish
