You would have the opportunity to travel to client sites around the country and would be working from home when not visiting a client hospital.

A Consultant position with IDEA Consulting would involve training and product support for our BudEase and Decision Support clients nationwide. In addition, you would be helping clients maintain their systems and develop new applications. You would also be assisting clients in financial applications such as budgeting, cost analysis, and productivity monitoring. Consultants with varying backgrounds are teamed with a Partner or Senior Consultant in a learning and training situation. The goal of this mentoring relationship is to increase levels of expertise and transition these positions into Senior Consultants.

Senior Consultants are given more advanced applications and are responsible for Project Management of entire client sites. This position also allows freedom in designing new applications and client specific programs.
